We have standard shipping (free if a minimum order threshold achieved), 3-days shipping and 2-days Air shipping options.

• California: Standard free for $100+, otherwise $5.99.
• Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Idaho: Standard free for $150+, otherwise $6.99.
• Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas: Standard free for $200+, otherwise $8.99. 2-days Air for $19.99.
• Other states: Standard free for $200+, otherwise $9.99. 3-days Express for $24.99. 2-days Air for $39.99

We ship every order with UPS.

Orders placed on weekdays before 1:00pm Pacific Time (Los Angeles) are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday.

Please note that shipping is estimated in business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please also note that carriers may experience logistical disruptions which may cause delays for all shipping methods.

Standard shipping takes:

• 1-2 business days within California
• 2-3 business days to Arizona, Utah, Nevada and Idaho
• 3-5 business days to Oregon, Washington, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma and Texas
• 4-6 business days to other states

There are also 3-days Express and 2-days Air shipping methods available to choose at checkout for an extra fee.

Tracking information is available for registered users who create an account before completing an order. You can find tracking link under Dashboard -> Orders. You may return new, unopened, and unused items within 30 days from when your order ships. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping cost which will not be refunded. A restocking fee of 20% of the value of the items will be deducted from the refund. We do not allow exchanges, a new order must be placed for a replacement after a return.
